La Sastrería is a celebration of detail. Every detail has been designed to pay tribute to Canyamelar-Cabanyal: a seafaring neighbourhood shaped by Modernism and defined by a character all its own.
We stitch together flavours with the same dedication once devoted to tailoring suits within these very walls. Our cuisine lets the quality of each ingredient speak for itself, while daring to reinterpret, combine and refine. It is a cuisine in conversation with its surroundings, its aesthetic and everyone who takes a seat at the table.

La Sastrería occupies a space steeped in history. Where bespoke suits were once sewn, experiences are now woven in a setting that brings together craftsmanship and contemporary design.
Created by the design studio Masquespacio, the interior reinterprets the Modernist and maritime identity of Canyamelar-Cabanyal through hydraulic mosaic tiles, plaster mouldings, glazed ceramics and bespoke woodwork. Every detail has been conceived so that the experience begins before the first bite.
Nothing is neutral. Everything has character. Whether in the dining room, at the bar or in the private dining space, La Sastrería is not simply somewhere to eat, but somewhere to linger.
